Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Kliktrix. For any questions about how we process personal data, or to exercise your rights, write to us at info@kliktrix.si.

What data we process

When you fill in the contact form, we process the data you enter: your name, email address, company name (if provided) and the description of your challenge. We also record the page language and the time of submission.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure. To measure visits we use cookieless analytics that does not collect data capable of identifying you.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data from the contact form solely to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible collaboration. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. We only entrust it to carefully selected processors who help us run the website and are contractually bound to protect it:

• Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting, abuse protection and cookieless visitor analytics;
• Resend – delivery of contact form messages to our email inbox.

Where a processor handles data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another appropriate safeguard.

How long we keep data

We keep contact form data for no longer than 12 months after our last contact with you. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for as long as needed to perform it and as required by law. After that, the data is deleted.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or profiling, so we do not ask for cookie consent when you visit.

Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy of the data we process;
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• have your data erased (the "right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, send a request to info@kliktrix.si. We will reply within one month at the latest. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
